Compunication Era™
Our founder Lasse Laaksonen created the ConSALT® methodology in the 1990s, combining the best teaching, consulting and coaching practices. "Compunication Era" was born from IBM's and Harvard Business School IT professor's visions of computer-human communication.
Philosophy: People are a company's best asset.
37 Years of Experience
We have implemented projects in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Nepal, Russia, Vietnam, Czech Republic, Spain, Britain and Thailand. SnowLotus® was born from the Kathmandu project.
Achievements: Nepal's Prime Minister unexpectedly invited us four times outside the official program in Finland.
